I've been a vegetarian or pescetarian since July 2008, and a vegan since January 2016 so I'm experimenting with spices and flavors to bring plant-based dishes alive.

1. Slice and toast an everything bagel

2. Rub a raw garlic clove onto the bagel

3. Add vegan buttery spread

4. Squirt a cherry tomato on there, add avocado, or some pickled red onion

5. Die happy
