Meraki in Córdoba, Argentina | Remote Year: May 2017
This month's unofficial theme was "home." We explored it during our Meraki Moth (our version of The Moth), Wisdom Wednesday (where we share a passion with the rest of our Remote Year group) and at the Junction (where we meet with locals and exchange ideas).
Here's the video our program leader, Zoe Vos, put together for last month. You'll see some of my extended scenes from my 1SE video because a lot of my footage was used this month.
This month, I went to Mendoza with nine Meraki ladies, hiking in the Sierra Mountains, to a commune in the Sierras called Umepay where we learned how to make vegan tacos and flan and hung out on the river, a monkey sanctuary called Proyecto Carayá, and an artists' commune called Cabezas de Tormenta. Thank you Coti for these rich and diverse experiences.
Every month is amazing.
This is Remote Year.
