It took me almost a week, but I've finally had a warm, delicious vegan meal in Nueva Córdoba.
Lunch is a bit of leftovers from Quasar at Corrientes 141, and half of a take away meal from Crudo at Independencia 624. Lots of tofu and vegetables from the former, and a lentil patty and mashed potatoes from the latter.
I smother everything in chimichurri so I brought a tiny Tupperware of it from home. I'd forgotten just how delicious this sauce is.
Next month is Buenos Aires, so I'll have a good supply through the end of June, but I plan to smuggle two jumbo bottles with me to Europe.
